- 2 cups of bran
- 1 cup of white flour
- ½ cup of molasses
- ¼ cup of cornmeal
- 1 cup raisins or blueberry’s (optional)
- 1-1/4 cups of skim milk
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp baking soda dissolved in a little water
Instructions
Place all of the above ingredients into a large mixing bowl, mix well, and pour this into a greased muffin tin. Bake for 25 minutes at 325F. This recipe makes twelve servings. Bran muffins not only taste great but also are very good for your health.
